I recently read an article in a local business journal which mentioned that business owners can get their business valued for $15, using simple software available on the Internet.テつ Why we are at it, why not do it for free?テつ It is pretty much the same thing.テつ I wonder if theテつsoftware developers whoテつcreated the program would trust the output if they were selling their business?テつ My hunch is no.

I may be biased, but I can not imagine someone having much confidence in the result.テつ Generally speaking, a private business represents a significant portion of the business owner’s nest egg.テつ If he is willing to make a decision with the results that only cost $15, then caveatテつemptor.テつ I will not go into the details of a valuationテつnow, but suffice it to say if I only charged $15 in total, my hourly rate might be as low asテつ$0.50/hour.
